We are committed to our policy of overseeing the production and quality control of nearly every component used in every amplifier, from the chassis and cabinet to the transformers and controls. While this commitment to quality assurance results in a slightly higher retail price, we at Two-Rock feel that this level of control is needed to guarantee that our amps outlive and outperform your expectations of durability and reliability, and deliver the incredible palette of tonal options you’ve come to expect from us.
Every Two-Rock amplifier is warrantied for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non transferable. Our warranty covers everything, except tubes, speakers, and tanks which carry a 90 day warranty. Our warranty does not cover the cost of getting your amp to us for service, or us getting it back to you. We will always do our best to return your amp, repaired, in the shortest time possible. We will also make every effort to troubleshoot any amp by phone or email, and in many cases we can avoid unnecessarily shipping an amp for service when the issue proves to be a minor one.
