Atlanta native & resident Clay Cook has made his living through many avenues in the music industry over the past decade. A Berklee educated mulit- instrumentalist, he has recorded and toured with
John Mayer, Sugarland,
The Marshall Tucker Band, &
Shawn Mullins. Although guitar is his first love, he's spent time on stage playing mandolin, pedal steel, keyboard instruments, & hand full of woodwinds. Along with his time as a solo artist, Cook has also written songs for Mayer & The Marshall Tucker Band. Owner & operator of The Small Room Studio in Atlanta, he has produced & engineered records for local artists & the occasional national act. Clay will start 2009 as a newly added member of
The Zac Brown Band on mandolin, Hammond organ, pedal steel, & of course, a Two Rock amplified guitar.
